Bivouac zones

Are you on a multi-day cycling or hiking trip? Then you are welcome to stay at one of our two bivouac sites for a short camping stop. Facilities are basic: a wooden platform and a compost toilet provide a place to rest after your journey.

Bivouacking is permitted all year round and is free of charge. Stays are limited to a maximum of 24 hours. Reservations are not possible.

Before using the facilities, please check for any damage or dirt. If you notice any damage or dirt, please report this to Visit Tongeren-Borgloon before using the area. You can do this by telephone during opening hours or 24 hours a day via info@visittongerenborgloon.be.
