TA city gateway to medieval timeshe Moerenpoort is Tongeren’s only intact medieval city gate. Today, this monumental tower from the 14th century houses an exciting and family-friendly museum. Among other things, it introduces you to the gate as an important part of the city’s defences. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the city centre, the beguinage, and the green landscape of the Kevie from the top.
