This landscape walk starts at the Stroopfabriek and takes you along the now-defunct Fruit Track railway line. Be sure to stop in Kuttekoven. This is where Koenraad Tinel’s sculpture Simon was inaugurated in 2024. Simon Gronowski jumped from a deportation train at this spot in 1943. Let the story sink in for a moment, then continue walking past fields and orchards. Other highlights include the Meersbeemden nature reserve and the Oetersloven chapel.
