Did you know that watercress is extremely good for your health? As well as being absolutely delicious? Even Peter Goossens comes to our region for this. The Vansimpsen family started their watercress farm back in 1938. In 2012, their watercress was acknowledged as a Flemish regional product. During this tour you can learn all about the growing process, harvesting and the many benefits of this local superhero.
