GRAAF nominated for the Visit Limburg Awards 2026
Great news for Tongeren-Borgloon! The GRAAF Experience Centre has been nominated for a Visit Limburg Award 2026 in the category ‘Urban Experience or Heritage’.
At GRAAF, you can discover the story of the Counts of Loon and the history of Loon Limburg in an interactive way. Through models, audiovisual applications, interactive installations and fascinating stories, you travel through 350 years of history and discover how present-day Limburg came into being.
The experience centre is also located in a unique setting: two historic chapels in the heart of Borgloon, including the funerary chapel of Count Louis I and Agnes of Metz.
This nomination is a wonderful recognition of the heritage story that GRAAF brings to life every day for visitors of all ages.
