During the blossom season, temporary blossom car parks are organised in Borgloon.
Campers can pay to stay the night at one of the camper sites. Between 9 am and 8 pm, you can park for free at Plinius Park in the designated parking area. At Ervaert car park in Borgloon, you can only park and not stay overnight.
There are various places in Tongeren-Borgloon where you can charge your electric vehicle.
For long-term parking of buses/coaches in Tongeren, parking facilities are provided at the Dirikenlaan (8 bus spaces) and Pliniuspark (Fonteindreef). Buses and coaches can also use the boarding and disembarking points closer to the city centre: Leopoldwal (at the Clarissenstraat) and Eeuwfeestwal (service road outside R72).
In Borgloon, buses/coaches can park at the bus parking at the Stroopfabriek (Ervaert 1 B, 4 spaces) or at Graaf Lodewijkplein (1 space). It is permitted to drop off visitors at the inlets on the Sint-Truidersteenweg (N79) near the see-through church, but it is not permitted to park a bus here.
Parking by car is prohibited in Loons Square.
