Discover Haspengouw’s historical treasures on this walk through the charming villages of Widooie and Piringen. Along the way, walk on an old Roman road and enjoy stunning views from the ridge of the former Roman aqueduct. Several Roman villas were discovered in the area. Building materials were recovered and can be found in Haspengouw churches, castles, and farmsteads.
